Hands down the best Biriyani in the NOVA region. But, the prices are ridiculous. Who ever consulted them on the prices need to be fired. My family owns a few restaurants and pubs back in India.. and I know the importance of pricing. Without having really made a name for yourselves, if you are charging 20$ for a Biriyani and over $17 for a decent appetizer, no matter how good your food it, the footfall will be low. You cannot put Californian prices in northern Virginia, that’s like shooting yourselves in the foot. Just imagine if a pick up order can cost so much, I don’t believe families will turn up for dine in. When you are still making a name for yourself, you pull down the numbers and hit them with volume. The owner might have got a great chef, but has got people with zero business acumen. Stay humble until your name gathers steam and then charge prices that you are charging- if you want to stay relevant.

I have tried indian food at diff places in Virginia. This place is very unique and the best taste i ever had in my life. I agree the wait times at weekends,I feel its worth When you get fresh and tasty food. No offense 👍
