They need a day off. Awesome place though.
Because it takes all day Monday to soak up most of the grease out of their food! !!
Just their day off to me. 6 other days to choose from.
Same reason they only have parking for 12. They have been far more successful than they thought they would be.
Why not a day off as do some other places. They are not a chain.
