The laundry facilities here are top notch and the spots are all well taken care of and maintained. The management here is also always on top of things. We have never encountered other long term sites this clean and well maintained it's wonderful to not have to even really worry about the kids around other campers because most of them have children and will all let you know if yours was doing something stupid. Lol It's like one nice little neighborhood where everyone is watching out for each other we love it here.

Only reason it's 3 star is because there is no water access for dogs. It's off season, nobody out near the water, yet we were immediately told (nicely) that we were not allowed. Kinda pointless to be by a lake when you can't access it

We've been living here since our house sold, and while waiting for the new one to close. Fred and his family run the place, and they are awesome people. Very professional and easy going. They are always willing to help you out with fire wood, or anything. I would highly recommend this place as a place to live, or as a weekend get away. Very quiet setting, and right next to the lake. AWESOME!

Yea you can pay the electricity month to month, there are spaces open now, I'm not sure on the trailor.
Long term is month to month, $600 plus power. Good folks, fair management, and they've recently put a huge amount of work into improvements to the property. There's a few of us going on 2-5 years here. Cheers!

Yep! There are several spots open up to about 40' and the monthly rent is $600 plus electric. Good people, Fred keeps the place very well maintained, and it's usually pretty quiet in the off season. I've been here almost two years and I'm quite happy. Cheers!
I don't know, I was never in the water the one day I was there. Call the fisheries dept. and ask them.
