The night staff at the 172nd street Rite Aid in Smokey Point are absolutely disgusting people. I've never been treated so rudely by store employees in my life. I was followed around. Was told that I needed to get what I wanted and leave. RUDE!

Just had Dr. Call in prescription at 11 AM. At 1:30 they told us it would be ready at 3:45. Came back at 4:30, It is now 5:30 and still not ready. Woman at drop-off window says "some people have had to wait as much as 3 hours". They can not even tell time! How is 6 hours?

My girlfriend has had problems with them over the phone. In their defense, they have many vagrant people panhandling in their parking lot and probably people trying to get drugs out of the pharmacy. No excuse, I've tried to contact their customer service via internet and phone and can barely get through. I would definitely speak to management about it.

2 years later and this place is still disgusting.
