Muay thai a solid place to start learning the basics
Two questions do you offer private training if so how much would it cost ?
They offer Muay Thai classes 4 days a week. In some case you need to know how to defend and throw strikes in the Jujitsu classes too. Nothing fancy just a reminder that it is always possible to get hit even when your on the ground.
