My son absolutely loves this studio, the instructors and other students! He gets a great workout while having fun and practicing discipline. I have already seen an adjustment to his "tween" attitude after attending classes for a month!

Yes, they have programs depending on age an experience (kid, teen, adult) little tigres is the beginners on little kids age 4 to 7
They have classes Monday thru Saturday for all ages. Youth classes are scheduled early afternoon and adult classes are scheduled late afternoon and evening. Hope this helps.
