I cannot find a new home/rescue service that can take in my 8 year old cat, Stevie so am looking to find euthanasia service ASAP. Can they euthanize my cat ASAP or will it take several days for an appointment?

I'm not sure any vet would euthanize an animal because you need to re-home it. Is the cat ill? Have you tried cactus cat rescue?

Call Santan animal hospital. And ask. They are very accommodating. They may know of a rescue
