We got there at 1:pm. They kept our bags, we went to eat lunch, check out the conference I was attending, and as soon as out rooms were ready, we were checked in.

Booked through HT and have been waiting for more than two hours. Hotel said their system went down half an hour before we arrived but we booked hours before that. They refused to let HT pay on our behalf and they refused a walk-in. They have rooms available according to front desk. Was looking forward to staying here as we drove from CA and I'm really disappointed.
Unless you bribe them your gonna wait till 4 o'clock
