If the parents are letting the kid do it then why not? I had a job when I was 10 years old. So what is the problem?
You would have to ask McDonald's directly. But most places, you have to be 16 for a job.
Generally, their insurance doesn't cover them if the child is under 16, so they don't usually hire them, but you should ask management.
