I have a 4.5 month active 20# rescue puppy (Malinois?) She loves to play with other dogs and really needs the interaction. Loves to play ball. Would this be a good place to take her to? I've never taken any of my dogs to a dog park before. Thx!

Great park but bring at least one gallon of water. There is water at the bathroom but it's not close to the large 30# & up dog park!

Bringing your dog to a park is a fantastic way to socialize them. It's like bringing your child to daycare! Parkridge is nice park - but bring your own water. There is no water in the park. There are public restrooms with fountain at basketball court.

Ya the parkridge neighborhood is pretty friendly. There's a small dog park located right next to the park basketball courts on beardsley for 30lbs and under I believe. There is a 30lb and above dog park which I take my 1.5 year old golden retriever to all the time a couple hundred feet from the park right off of 95th Ave it's really easy to spot. But with the heat coming, the best time to go is early in the morning if you want the most dog interaction. There are dog bowls that people have left for other dogs on purpose just make sure to bring water for the dog or there is a doggy drinking fountain connected to the park bathrooms. Hope this helped
