Yes you can walk safely all the way on sidewalk.

While the street remains busy with traffic during the day, early morning seems much less congested with little or no late evening traffic. A sidewalk is provided on both sides of the street so one may walk a dog at heel. Of course the law requires leashes on the street anyway. With a properly fitted collar, a dog walking at the heel would walk safely on Beardsley anytime.

We drive in from 107th Ave on Beardsley. Walkers, joggers and pet walkers all the way. Shouldn't be a problem.

Beardsley can be busy at times but there is a wonderful Sidewalk. Just remember there are TWO dog parks. The small (30#/under) is the one you'll see right by Beardsley and the large dog park is to the right of the bathroom/ramadas and over a small incline along a nice paved path. IMPORTANT NOTICE: BRING WATER FOR YOU AND YOUR FURKID!! The small dog park is close to the bathrooms and water but the large dog side is a bit of a walk and there are no water faucets on that side.
