Yes. Merguez sausage is sold at the butcher shop. It is made inhouse. They also make it to order, minimum 5 lbs for such orders. They make other types of sausage as well such lebanese style Nakanek and even basturma, their inhouse bastrami. The restaurant sells Nakanek sausage sandwiches, made in a pita wrap.
