I believe they even have a portable changing room upstairs by the lockers if I remember correctly
Right behind Seasons Grocery. Did not have to ask, it was open. Both male and female single bathrooms. There are also numerous other restrooms throughout the lake Las Vegas complex.
Yes there is a grocery store nearby with outside bathrooms. Just ask them.
