We rented a paddle board and two kayaks. Decent rentals, but there is no beach. All private land so you can't get out except at the dock. Just a cove to paddle in. They wouldn't let our group swap between our paddle board and our kayak more than once. They said we swapped too many times. They don't want you getting out of the kayak either. Stupid rules or lazy workers. There was nearly no one there.

Had a wonderful morning renting a kayak at Lake Las Vegas! Although it was a holiday weekend, we got there right around their weekend opening hours of 8 am to beat the crowd and the heat. So glad we did, there was plenty of parking in the garage and the area was fairly quiet. We went into the store signed a waiver and got a kayak without a booking. After paying for your rental you walk over to their docking area and they help you into a kayak. We kayaked around the lake for a little over two hours, even though it was a summer day, getting there early helped us beat the heat. This is a great place if you’re looking for some fun on the water!

Yes, children must be at least 6 to use the aqua park. Children 6 to 10 must be accompanied by a paid adult in the aqua park. Children 11 and over can use the aqua park without an adult. Although children 5 and under cannot enter the aqua park, they can accompany a paid adult on a paddleboard or boat rental.
You should be able to launch your own paddle board for free from the main docks.
$60 for 2hrs. The kayak seats 2 people. I'm not sure they have a locals discount.
There is quite a bit of properties you can stay at like the Westin or Hilton. And a few others. Just Google lake Las Vegas properties and you'll find it :) but I recommend Westin or Hilton!
They are only renting jet skis, paddle boats, kayaks and such. They don't have their whole water activities. They have sprays on their porch roof which I believe its sanitizing. You can call them and ask more of your concerns.
I believe they even have a portable changing room upstairs by the lockers if I remember correctly
depends on the activity you choose, you can check on their page the prices because they also have monthly and seasonal passes
