This was a horrible. The service was bad. The haircut was like done by a 4 year old. I asked for 3 inches off, a shampoo and a bit thinner out. The shampoo was bad. She only used one hand and kept hitting my head with the faucet. The cut was only an inch and uneven and when she thinned it out she thinned the tips. She didn’t even fully blow dry it. 1/10

Poor communication. We stopped in to be sure they had a stylist who could cut curly hair. We were assured they had several members who could and were given specific names. We did online check in and came back 2 hours later for the cut. Upon arrival we were asked what cut we wanted and at that point they said they would only buzz hair short because it takes too long to detangle curly hair. Ok, so why not tell me to bring him in with it wet and detangled? They had seen the exact hair, condition, texture at our first stop in. I would not recommend this location for anyone with curls, kinks, texture, biracial hair. If this company has a policy that says they cannot take the time to properly detangle hair, I understand that for the price and type of shop. I do not however understand why that would not be communicated with the clear workaround that I woild have gladly brought him in with hair already detangled.
