No, this place is decidedly casual. Not flip-flops and tank tops, but certainly not jacket-required. It is in a very open-air setting within the casino that makes it a lot less exclusive feeling.
No; the air conditioning is not that cold. Just kidding! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with white tablecloths, but a "jacket" is not required. There is even seating at the bar, and the bartenders are usually social/talkative. Enjoy!
