Friday we visited your dispensary. After making our purchase we went to our car and discovered that the remote would not open the car. We called AAA and while waiting Zoatrick came out and offered us to wait inside out of the heat. We explained our dilemma which included a plane departure in about an hour. Patrick started trying to assist and offered to put his battery in the remote. He did with a lot of effort and it worked. I offered him $20 and he refused. Patrick displayed the best in customer care and general care, which since Covid-19 had been rare. Patrick got nothing out of his efforts accept making my fiancé smile and giving us hope. 10 STARS for Patrick. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not sure who packs the pre-rolls, but they need to do better. I had to redo all them myself because they were packed terribly. They were packed so tight I couldn’t even pull it, ended up wasting 2 of them.

This is a bit misleading. Reef charges over a dollar for their premium, nylon, reusuable bags that is the size of a full wine bottle. You can pay for a new one each time and bring in ten for a black tier preroll ($8.50) or you can just reuse the same one over and over for a buck, saving yourself a net loss of about $3. Most other dispo's have cellulose or mylar bags and as such only charge .25 - .50 cents per issue and have a return rebate as well or use non-branded, blank bags with no rebate; Reef's personal policy is designed around *their* bags.
