I have seen kids there on multiple occasions, but I do believe the cutoff is 8 or 9pm. Smoking is allowed there, so if that's an issue for you you might want to consider somewhere else. If it's not, i'm sure you're welcome!
Kids are welcome but they have a cutoff time, I believe 8 or 9 pm
My experience was around 9pm. No kids were present. Perhaps earlier hours?
