Yes there are hook ups for the washer and dryer. Only a hand ful of apartments are wheelchair accessible. Do not waste your time moving into the hidden cove.

Yes to the washer and dryer hookups a few of the units are wheelchair accessible. Yes on the animals. I wouldnt move in unless your get a remodel unit and then I'm not sure either way. It seems like different tenants get different treatment. But personally my experiences here haven't been to great.
