Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this establishment. Other then, beware of the police constantly in the parking lot for domestic violence issues and trash left on the ground by other tenants that you will be billed for monthly.

The employees and management at Hidden Cove are rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. These are the more frustrating examples of a year filled with added stress due to this poor quality business. They gave me the rent quote, waited for me to sign the lease, then turned around and charged me *quite a bit more* each month than I had signed the lease for. I asked specifically multiple times if there were any extra fees before signing my lease, which was just extremely frustrating since I had budgeted a certain amount, and I was flat out lied to. (It was for trash fees, maintenance fees, etc. which is understandable, therefore the reason I asked about it.) Because of this deception, it caused a significant amount of financial strain for my husband and I. They kept my entire deposit, and blamed it on cleaning fees, and utilities from when I wasn't even living in the apartment. (completely ridiculous because not only was the apartment spotless when I turned my keys in, but when we moved in initially, there were food particles all over the kitchen, sheetrock dust coating the floor, and muddy footprints all through the place.) If they didn't clean it before we moved in, I have a hard time believing they cleaned it when we moved out. It’s also ridiculous that I have to pay for water and sewage that I never used, when I paid for it every month I lived there. And since when did water and sewage cost $300 per month? The management had an attitude every time I called in, which was frustrating to say the least. They were unhelpful, rude, and condescending. (as an example, just take a look at their responses to their negative reviews here) Overall, I had an entirely terrible experience living here and would honestly BEG for you search for another place to live.

Great apartments. Very pet friendly. They have dog bags located all over the apartment for convenience and a little dog park. The front office staff are super nice and really helpful. Maintenance is super helpful and quick respond to your issues. We like living here

Absolutely love it here, I just re-signed for year number 2. It’s perfect for me and my boys, it’s always quiet, they are amazing at making sure everything is well groomed, and the the interiors are amazing. The open layout has to be my favorite. Brandy, the manager has been the best to work with. She is dedicated to ensuring her tenants are 100% satisfied, as well as the management above her. I’m super thankful for all they have done for me, and making sure I am happy here. I will certainly be staying until I purchase a house.

There is alot of 2 bedrooms open.... Rent is 1000 for a unmodeled apartment and 1300 for a remodeled one the security deposit is the same as rent.... There are no utilities included and you pay 10 dollars extra a month for your parking spot as well as the storage shed if you want it... Personally it's not worth it here.... I'm leaving when my lease is up in Jan. The reason why so many apartments are open is because the rent is outrageous they arnt worth the price and they have a rat and roach problem in some complexes.... Please don't waste your time...
