They do sell flower , smoke or vape it. Most drs will prefer nither and request using a tincture. As a patient here, id say smoke like the old head hippies did paper or piece pipe. If you dont wanna smoke or attempt vape the tincture is a drop of liquid u put in ur 👄...it's it'sa good high and saves the the worry of charges of paraphernalia. Remember toke safe drive safe.

My father lives in PA and has MS; he could really benefit from medicinals, but with the adverse effects of vaping, I'm not sure that's a good option for him. It would be great if he had more diverse options

There are many other options. I don't know if herbology has them all though. There is patches pills tincture and edibles. As the previous statement above said edibles are illegal in PA.
