so the deals are generally good, but today I feel kinda jipped. Advertising cresco product and giving supply is like offering a Lincoln and being sold a Ford, both owned by the same manufacturer but clearly one is of higher quality. Definitely shouldn't be advertised like that. To be honest anyone that got that deal should be given what they actually advertised. I'd pay but knowing I got kinda schwag is a buzz kill, no pun intended.

Let me preface by saying I was short changed twice. After much explaining they finally made it right. They also sold me the wrong product. They told me I could exchange for the right one. I live 45 minutes away so this was aggravating. When I exchanged for the right product I got home and realized they just gave me a used product, it was not wrapped in plastic and the box was all bent up. After trying to charge the pen I found out it did not charge, this was obviously a return that they gave me after already giving me the wrong one. I called and they offered a refund, once again I had to drive 45 minutes for their mistake. When I tried to get my refund they told me they didn’t know who I talked to and they couldn’t give me a refund. They offered me 20 points. 20 points =$20, I paid more than this. I explained the entire situation and how it was their fault and that I paid more than $20 and was told by a manager I would get my money back. They did not care and told me the best they could do was give me 30 points. This company does not care about the customers only their money. For all my experiences I cannot recommend this company. Update: So I was contacted via email from someone from this company and their final resolution was to imply I was lying, and because I was only given the option to accept points (so, forced to accept or get nothing) the problem was resolved. Terrible customer service. Their motto or slogan should be “Oh, we messed up? Well you’re a liar, so take this or nothing.”

Very clean and very professional. Rarely wait here unless they have a good deal around a holiday. Good deals often and point system is longstanding and saves you alot of money.

Today was horrible. I was treated disrespectfully by Alex & Lauren. I was overcharged. As far as I'm concerned, my money was stolen. I called twice and was hung up on by Alex and Lauren before they hung up on me. I was verbally assaulted and abused by Alex and Lauren. They refused to give me pricing or tell me store hours. They said they couldn't give me that information over the phone. They also told me the manager didn't have time to deal with me and they would call me back whenever they felt like it. Customer service is horrible. If you want to be disrespected and a victim of theft, this is the store for you.

You can't prepay for anything. They only take cash. But the money that is paid is more than likely for the Dr. certification because they charge an arm and a leg for to you get a "prescription". But it's already in the House if Representatives to legalize recreational use and Tom Wolf is 100% behind PA!!! At least we have some hope!

Levels of thc and cbd affect everyone differently, not only the first time but at their tolerance builds. It's best if you're not sure what you're looking for to talk with one of the employees and to do research. There's lots of information on the web on not only good to use the products but what they are best used for and how to get the best results. Also, check prices against the brand websites as you may be able to get items cheaper through them.
