Yes you can bring your dog. We stayed in cabin and there's an extra fee for the dog. But you can hike and visit the park with your dog.
Yes, you can if they have pet-friendly accommodations available. You must call the lodge to let them know you would like to bring your dog. If they have a pet-friendly accommodation open, they will put you in it and add the pet fee (currently $40+tax).
The lodge has 3 pet friendly rooms. Also some cabins that are pet friendly.
