Did anyone else get scammed by this place? paid for the ultimate car wash and all I got was water on the car no soap no brush nothing tried calling several times and no one ever returns my call

I had a problem and owner gave me a voucher for free ultimate.

Never had any problems, the owner is usually on site and he is always helpful with any problems.

Never had a problem with Richie's ever. I've met the owner several times.
