I work for door dash and they had me deliver a pizza to a customer..needless to say they was not suppose to have door dash deliver it..their own delivery guy was suppose to..so after and hour of me trying to find this guys address. The poor customer calls me and tells me to not worry about it..he was just going to take the loss. They would not refund him and blamed their mistake on other people.

Love this pizza place. Our favorite is the pepperoni on the famous thin crust. There’s pepperoni covering the entire pizza, from edge to edge. It’s always steaming hot when I pickup at the drive through window. Delivery, usually runs later than the estimated delivery time. But, 10-15 minutes isn’t such a big deal. Considering the hiring shortage. The staff is always friendly.

This location needs a completely new staff. We had just drove in from out of town and a nearby hotel suggested we eat there... And that turned out to be a Big Mistake!! We had a hard time ordering online and called to get help and a very rude lady answered the phone named Nancy who told us that they don't deliver to the hotel... WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON HAD JUST LEFT THE LOBBY. I thought maybe my friend was overreacting so I called and started over calmly and she cut me off and hung up on me! So I drove over and the manager Roger didn't demonstrate any desire to make things right or care that customers were being disrespected. Another customer walked up to the drive thru window..yes walked out of frustration and said Wow my wife said that a lady answered and disrespected her on the phone too...so I will be contacting the owner because they need to know how this location is being represented. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THRU FLORENCE/ERLANGER, KENTUCKY DO NOT EAT AT THIS DONATOS LOCATION.

Very displeased, my order was incorrect! On top of that when I called to have it sorted out the manager was very rude and disrespectful! So I drive back to the store to get my replacement meal, I don’t check the box assuming they are embarrassed for the mistake having wasted my time…. Arrive back home only to find they’ve repeated the error!!! Absolute atrocity of an issue experience
