Fast and courteous. Properly staffed and even had the lobby open at 8:00pm on a Friday. Something other fast food restaurants have been failing to do. It makes a huge difference for GrubHub drivers to be able to get in and get quickly. Thanks I'll pickup all I can from this location.

There were only two ladies working when I went there for breakfast this morning and the line was pretty long in the drive-through and they were still nice even though it was packed and they where under staff… and the food was great

I visited the White Castle in Erlanger on Dixie Highway this afternoon & ordered my meal as usual. I always get a cup of cheese on the side to dip my fries in, so I figured it was put into the bottom of the bag. When I got home to eat I was surprised to see actual pieces of cheese in a slider box 😂 I couldn’t even be mad! 4 stars because everything else was good, but I would have loved to be able to dip my fries in cheese 🤣
