Call corporate and let them know the store number and your experience. Nothing will change if no one gives feed back on their experience good or bad I always call when I have to deal with bs. Number should be on the bag or Google Burger King corporate headquarters number

I would call corporate because that is not good customer service manager or not she should have fixed her meal she should be fired for what she said
The manager Katie who was on dutie, obviously needs to be trained, no manager at any location needs to act like that. If they do, they are to immature to be in that position. Need to have pay cuts for employees who treat customers in a rude or wrong way. A customer who's spending there hard earned money at a restaurant should never, ever be treated in a rude or unprofessional way.
