Maybe it's just our taste buds but most of the food was on the bland side (we had to ask for salt and pepper). Location is great, service is fine, but no bread to complement to soak up the sauces and value was low for what you get compared to next door at Quarter Bistro (flavor + charm). It really could use umbrellas as well to up the ambience of a European charm square. We tried it at least...

The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Four of us shared multiple plates. The shrimp on the pasta was probably the best I've ever eaten. With that said,, my main course was the NY strip steak and it was not good at all. It was so tough and had little flavor. I would go back, but I won't be getting the steak.

Gcardarell

It’s fine. Zero risks. Predictable. I made happy hour before 6p. $5 Fried pickles are more blooming onion with a few pickles that fell in the fryer. No complaints about the walleye sandwich other than the “happy hour” price is $17. I suspect the other food is hit or miss. Another OK place catering to the 60+ crowd.

Booking with google is super easy. Hosts are nice and attentive. Great interior design and decorations. It is quite loud but that’s mainly due to guest I think. Crab cake is delicious. Salmon is so-so. We don’t like the way it’s cooked. Supplements can be switched to be more compliment of the fish. Filet and shrimp is OK. Wife doesn’t like it but I did. Overall good experience but food can taste better with the price tag.
