What can I say about this Burger King we went through drive-through and the lady who was working was very disrespectful and rude got home movie realize we were missing all kind of foods call up there got no answer so we had to drive all the way back the manger called me a lier and said that we did not come through drive through I asked her nicely to look up the order she did and she was mad that she was wrong. She refused to remake a ordered was was very rude and disrespectful about it I will not be going back to this Burger King

The lady who took our order was rude to begin with, snapping at me and cutting me off left and right. I ordered a plain whopper with cheese only and they gave me a whooper with nothing. I told them I wanted cheese and she tried to argue with me saying that's not how it comes when it's plain and told me to hand the burger back in and they will "fix it" and I didn't feel comfortable with that so she handed me 4 slices of cheese out the window after charging me extra for the cheese when I paid for the full combo. This place is a joke and it's HORRIBLE customer service. I'll never return to this location.

It’s not always perfect but today my Impossible Whopper was so delicious, I had to leave a review. It came out very juicy, not hard or burned, just perfect. I am really thankful that this is an option on the menu, thanks BK!
