No you pay full rent and utilities
No we are not income based. Our rent starts at $625 and goes up depending on unit.
Be SURE you see the apartment BEFORE you put down any money. The apartment we were trying to rent . . . they had excuses why we couldn't see before paying. When we finally got to the apartment (which l would have loved) both toilets were corroded, the kitchen sink was a mess and there was a door missing on one of the kitchen cabinets. We did get our money back.
We are not an income-based property. Our 1br units start at $625/mo, our 2br units start at $850/mo. We pay electric, water, sewer & trash for all units.
No it's not. 1 bedroom 695. 2 bedroom 850. All utilities included. Many fixed income individuals live here though. The managers suck but will work out issues.
