Came in for a simple haircut usually get a fade left with no fade no undercut absolutely one side of the top of my hair touched my ear the other side ends at the top of my head even though I clearly stated don't take much off she did for some reason only listened for half my head honestly just thankful I can fix y'all's mistakes and don't have to pay for another haircut

New people working there, very bad hair cut. And she tried to over charge me. I just asked for my bangs to be trimmed and she started cutting the back of my hair. And my husband looks like she scalped him with the buzzers

My husband went in for a simple haircut today and came out looking like a blind person cut his hair. It was not blended, left side of his head looks like a completely different cut than the right side. Obvious that this person has no business cutting hair, as I could have done a better job myself which is embarrassing to say considering these people claim to have gone to school for this profession. How embarrassing for you great clips, If you’re looking to get anything done to your hair I highly recommend going anywhere else where they care about what they do. And as I see all the bad reviews of this place get the same generic response, the best thing you can do great clips is stop letting inexperienced or ready to retire and clearly blind people cut hair. If I could have given you no stars I would, you definitely don’t deserve even 1.

Taylor at Great clips On Indian River Rd Massillon listened and was able to give me a great haircut that I asked for. She was patient and took in all the little details I wanted done. In fact she cut a style better then the one I asked for but kept to the original cut. ( + :
