So today I went to Burger King to try and get lunch…. Waked in and waited in line. There one only one person in front of me. He was done and I waiting for the cashier to atlest make eye contact with me. He didn’t at all and ordered his lunch I guess and stepped around the counter and waited for his food. I was like ok I’ll wait for someone else…. Well a little time has passed and the employee got his food and still no one made any effort or checked on me for me to make an order. The guy originally at the counter got his food while standing beside me. I left I don’t believe they employee that was standing with me even looked at me or even asked if I was helped Service like this is why a 2 million dollar remodel will not help you guys. At this point that was a waste of a remodel should have invested it into training!

The worst place to eat in paris! Went last night, we didnt get drinks or napkins, or sauce and our order was wrong.not to mention the food was horrible! Newly renovated doesn't mean good, dont waste you money.

Worst fries ever..... the Staff were all making animal noises like they were at a Zoo.... this place need better management.....this was my grandsons supper that he wanted and hardly ate any of it...

I really enjoyed bringing my kids here to play, and eat lunch or sometimes dinner. That is until today. I’ve had very mediocre experiences with the staff times before, but the experience today too outrageous to ignore. The lack of customer care from the staff, including shift management, is egregious. This is not a winning franchise location, and I say that with all due respect. Ex. I ordered using the app, since my kids were playing. After 5 minutes or so I go check on the order. After inquiring when it should be ready I was told they didn’t have my order. Once we cleared that it was ordered, instead of addressing the mix up they chose to paint me as the problem because I didn’t come up and tell them I was there. After brushing that off, and give them time to complete the order, I return 5 minutes later with my two year old in-tow only to find the order has been bagged. To wit they respond, “Well, it has drive-thru on the receipt!” Even though she LITERALLY just acknowledged my order just 5 minutes before. But the cherry on top happened as I’m getting the drinks for my kids and me. The shift manager decides that just bringing my tray over and leaving it on the drink station was sufficient customer care. I had a hand full of drinks in my hand AND my two year old son in my arms, and she didn’t think to help me get it to my playing kids in the Play Area. It wasn’t her responsibility, but she showed who was important to her. Enjoy at your own risk. It’s a sufficient location, however don’t expect much on the service side. Maybe just use the drive thru only if you can bear it. But that’s only my opinion. Also, ownership of this location, feel free to reach out to me if it matters. Thanks.
