Maybe they're new and they are not smart enough it just they doing it wrong and forgot what they want part of the McChicken sandwich or Mcdoubles etc, they want to put it with so fast food are not good resterant because they're service is poor that's why what I meant.
It's just something that you have to expect and prepare for.
They can't follow simple directions, ie no mustard or on onion. Or forget the entire sandwich.
