It sucks, they're too lazy to set the tables. All it does is piss off people and hurt the tips. I guess tips are not that important to management.

I've noticed this practice as well and truthfully I don't like it. The one I ate at in Columbus was that way and the silverware holder on the table was empty and we had to literally go find our own. Having celiac disease this is also a big no no for cross contamination. Just my opinion but I don't like how they do this now.

Something new. Maybe to save time (and staff). They didn't reset tables when they were cleared, so the host who sat you didn't bring silverware, then you didn't have any on the table. Unless your waitress brought it, you didn't have any.
