They would do their own, independent investigation on the store. If they personally find worms in the store then they will likely close them until they clean up and and can pass a health inspection without finding anything. Sadly, this location has gone way down hill but that is just gross. BTW, it's spelled "steak", a "stake" is like what you use on a tent. OMG, I just saw your photo, and that is definitely a tape worm. Thankfully your steak looks well done so it would have been killed. I eat my steak rare so I could have ingested a live on if I didn't see it 🤮. Did they health dept. say of they were going to follow up?
