It was okay. Back patio is beautiful. Not necessarily kid friendly. Hard to get a parking spot. Our bread and salad came fast however it took very long to get our meals so by the time we got our meals the two young kids were ready to go.

I had a birthday dinner there with a dozen of my friends, on a Sunday. You definitely need a reservation.
There:s a live piano player every night--she"s been there for years.
There is no posted dress code that i know of. I usually wear jeans and a nice shirt or sweater. I wouldnt wear shorts and flip flops. Some folks do dress up.
Ive gone there in shorts and a t shirt. You can be pretty casual.
You wouldn't want to. The Top is as much about the atmosphere as it is the food.
