Yes, I agree with Selena. You should visit the store personally and speak with the manager. Please have a civil conversation. Yelling will accomplish nothing. Explain your side and ask what happened regarding your order. You are definitely due a refund. Also, you should be receiving a customer satisfaction survey from Dominos on your email. Take advantage and complete it with your concerns so the issue can be recognized and addressed by the regional management.
Wow I would be highly upset Myself...did You drive up there or just call?I would go in tomorrow and get the phone# for the Regional Manager call them and explain what happened thats just unexceptable!
