Have tried to order large stuff crust supreme pizza with extra sauce many times. Only one time did it seem to have the extra sauce even after telling the person I wanted to make sure it did have it. I think it may be the last time I order from them. I’d rather order Papa Johns or Tubbys where I know I will get what I order.

Pizza seemed a little off from our last delivery. Almost like it sat for a little too long before getting here. The driver was nice and food was still decent.

We placed an online order at 5pm to pick up our pizza at 6pm. My husband went through their drive through and they said they had no order under our name. He came home and called them back with the confirmation number that was sent to my email (which was on my phone, not his). It took two more times of talking to different people and finally found our order. By then it was after 6:30 and they refused to make it and change it to delivery even after they asked for our address. Charge card was credited.

Gotta say they were packed with people inside picking up their order & the drive thru lined up clear to the street but the gal who waited on me was so polite & nice! Even tho someone in the drive thru was being a jerk to a newer employee she kept her composer. I heard a customer in front of me call her Ashley, so thanks Pizza Hut for great employees & service!
