Just stayed on July 8th &9th 2022. Very poor management. We were told coffee would be available 24 hrs. When we left at 1am Sunday morning we ask for coffee and we were told the shift person had not made any. We were told to just use what was in our room. We were checked out at that point. The today I noticed bites on my back and other places. Bed bug bites!!! I have informed Expedia and do not recommend this place to anyone! Formally request credit for our stay.

First thing first: The room was clean. No dust, plenty of clean (but small) towels. So there is that. The door to my room was crooked. So out of alignment that you have to shoulder it open and give it a heck of a jolt to close it. On the bright side, no one was going to sneak in on me! The shower tub creaked like mad. Every shift of balance sounded like I was about to go through the floor. But who doesn't like a wobbly shower first thing in the morning? Most curiously, the toilet was crooked. Only about 5 degrees, give or take, but enough that one side was demonstrably lower than the other, making for a unique - and slightly unsettling - experience. The room was nicely furnished. The beds seemed clean, there was a microwave (that worked), a fridge (that worked too well and froze my food), and a good-sized desk. Pity there were exactly ZERO outlets anywhere near the desk. I had to move the dresser 3 ft just to find an outlet. All told, it's pretty solid for a $50/night joint. It's a shame it costs a lot more, though. There's a Best Western across the parking lot, try that one instead.

Positive: The staff was VERY nice. The lobby was clean. They offered a hot breakfast, we didn¿t stay for it but it smelled good. The hotel was easy to find and it was lots of parking available. Negative: The bedside table was dirty, looked around the room and everything else seemed clean. I asked for an extra pillow and the front desk told me they were out¿¿

Nice hotel, located close to a Meijer and a Steak & Shake. It's in good condition and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast bar was good. I'd like to thank the staff for holding on to a personal item for me that I left in the room. It was important to me and I was thrilled to get it back.
