Pizza is great in my opinion but, Ordered at 6pm, was told 35-45 minutes for delivery. 7pm called back and pizza was still in the oven. 7:30 called back again and said it’s on its way… 7:45 finally got the pizza.

You're not sorry. Called in to place a new order and were supposably "banned" from your mistake. Terrible customer service. My family is also banned from ordering with you guys. Get it right the first time and people wouldn't call in to have their pizza remade. Glad you guys have soo much business to turn down customers. Your loss!
