I placed an order for 1 Lg 3 topping pizza with dipping sauce..... I ordered online, they said my order would be here in 24 minutes, i did not get my order until just under an hour later, they did not put my dipping sauce with my order, although I was charged for it and then to top it off, the pizza tasted like the way a dirty gym bag smells.... VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED...

Domino's Pizza used to be good but not anymore. The last two times we ordered from here our food was cold and the order wasn't right. We called and told them about our cold pizzas but they didn't seem to care. They wouldn't even credit us or make new HOT pizzas for the money we spent, I mean their pizza isn't free. They're always closed and won't accept orders and they blame it on staffing issues. I know it's hard to get and maintain employees but that's always your excuse! Marion's Domino's is the worst (just like all their other restaurants too!) and we won't be back again. I can see from all the 1☆ reviews piling up we aren't the only ones having these issues either..

Would rate lower if I could. Got back from a concert and ordered a single cheese pizza at midnight. Says it got to quality check at 12:14. Well, we don't get our ice cold pizza until 2 am. Called to see what was going on at 1 am and was told it should be out for delivery... uh huh ok... Anyone in the area thinking this Dominos is the place to order from late at night should definitely reconsider - this was a disgrace.

I usually don't have problems with my orders but this time they forgot to put extra sauce on my pizza but they did the 2nd pizza, and when I called to tell them about it they hung up on me

Yes, I agree with Selena. You should visit the store personally and speak with the manager. Please have a civil conversation. Yelling will accomplish nothing. Explain your side and ask what happened regarding your order. You are definitely due a refund. Also, you should be receiving a customer satisfaction survey from Dominos on your email. Take advantage and complete it with your concerns so the issue can be recognized and addressed by the regional management.
But the other people doesn't wear masks when they order the food and come and get it at Dominos.
