Bedford falls is probably your best shot. It's very beautiful with paved trails. I saw elderly people there. You can view the falls from a higher point which you don't have to go all the way down to the river. I would feel safe bringing my parents, and they're in their 80's.

Not really. Steep down hill hike to the Falls after that it's easy but you have to come back up that big hill lol
