When is the best time of day to go? I've gone at some times where the food is nice and fresh and others when it tastes stale and old. Is there a good time when the food is always nice and fresh?

Like most buffets i think the best time is right before each meals big rush. I've been here a couple of times for late dinner.. like 8 and it's not fresh. I'd shoot for 6

Lunch time

Actually i find they add new to th steam trays regularly 11-2 and 5-7 things r fresh n hot n there r quite a few people at th buffet to keep th turnover fresh at those times

I prefer lunch around 1-1:30. Seems fresher.

China Buffet is always fresh... They switch food out, lunch dinner, anytime. The many visits I've been there... it's been fresh, and exceptional.

So like right at noon you think?
