U.S. Bank Branch

I have banked with US Bank for years. Always had great service when living in Eureka, Ca. Since moving to Ontario, Or. the service is horrible. No local customer service. They never answer the phone. Today, I have a question about depositing a large inheritance check and there is no one to answer a simple question! This has been the case in the past. I will be looking for another bank with CS. Time to quit blaming poor CS on Covid.

I understand when places are busy but the older lady in there is a jerk I didn't say a word about waiting in live over 30 minutes but she just assumed I was upset and was very rude to me. Plus they charge $7 to cash there own checks. Not surprised by a China owned back tho. This branch is failing for sure.

Google maps shows that they are closed, but I need to open a new bank account, so I just called the branch. Twice. It rang and rang, and no one answered, and finally the "Welcome to Verizon" message came on, telling me that my call could not be completed. Not sure if they are open or not, but they don't answer their phone, so I'm going to try Umpqua. Sorry, the last thing I need is crummy customer service BEFORE I even open the account. Pretty good indicator that it's just going to get worse.

This is one of the slowest drive through banks I have ever been to. Ridiculous waiting for 25 minutes in the drive through. The bank lobby is closed, so one would think there would be more staff at the drive through. Not at this location, just poorly managed.
