why did u close just as i pulled in your driveway. i called, u said u closed at 11:00, it was before then when i arrived. Then u denied service and your manager stated oh well. YOU SUCK.

Nice reply... posted closing times are there to let the customer know when you stop serving, not when you intend on leaving. I work retail too and you should never close early

If I did not want someone to come in at 10:45 I would change my hours to 10:30! A good crew with concern for the business would have served you until 11:00. Anyone that wouldn't serve you is overpaid at minimum wage!

Where do you work... would you want someone coming in a few minutes before you close demanding service?
