Goes totally against my experience. Normally pies are created in the order which the orders are placed, including phone orders. I would share concerns with the manager and lead cook.
call and talk to the manager. They are understanding. Also beers at big dog are pretty good.
The south branch has had a problem with their work flow for months now. I now order from the store on Revere. Much faster.
