Place my order online last night for pickup. About 2 hours in advance. Went in to pick up pizza only to be told my pizza wasn't ready cuz they were helping the people in the lobby. They were there first. Papa Murphy's had already taken my money 2 hours prior, they do not prioritize online ordering even though those people have paid first. I understand everybody short-handed, but you need to prioritize The people who have already paid compared to the people placing orders in the lobby at the time of pickup..........

Their crustless pizza is a great way to go, without the crust you can customize everything and use your own healthier crusts, should you choose. Definitely one of the best, you're in charge, lots of specials, even their app is easy to use.

the pizza was delicious. baked it fresh when we got home 2 hours later. No cold pizza yum yum.
