Absolutely delicious. We were only driving through town, but I wish I could try everything on the menu. Superb flavor and attention to detail. Calzone, vegan pizza, and bruschetta blew us away!!

Pizza was one of the best we have had and ownership is deeply involved in making it great. Prices were very fair and atmosphere was great.

Not sure what to think of this place anymore. We have in the past dined there 3-5 times a year. Our past 3 visits have seen increased prices but what restaurant has not had price increases? That isn't what makes me write negatively about the Tumalo location. Service is best described as mediocre at best over the last 6 months and regardless of the time of day they're out of the ingredients for the pizza we enjoy the most. Not only that but the toppings are sparser with each visit. On our most recent visit our waiter was busy and we asked for help from another waitperson. While she did help us her service was between brusk and downright rude. Probably be a cold day in you know where before we consider Paisano's as a dining choice.

Service was lacking as it has been in the past. The pizza we wanted (prosciutto, arugula) was not available. In fact, several items were sold out. The items we received were tasty (Margarita Pizza Cesar Salad, Meatball Sandwich.) We paid $67 on our dinner for two. When we asked to purchase two $50 gift certificates, we were told, after she checked, she couldn’t provide gift certificates right now. She said snottily “maybe next time.” I have to say that there will be no “next time.” We’ll be sure to let our experience be known when the name Pisanos comes up. Not only did you lose an additional $100 tonight, but you lost at least 2 customers maybe more. ☹️
