No you won't. But they are there to look at not pick.
If you carry a bedroll, scatter a little trash around the plant you want to pick from, no one will bother you. The rights of homeless outweigh the rights of the taxpayers who fund the park.
I believe that you would simply get a very large ticket but I doubt that you would be arrested
There is a heavy fine. Like 1000$. If someone picks a flower it can damage the Bush. And that makes less flowers for the public to look and smell.
Don't do that
You probably wouldn't be arrested for it (at the most you'll be told not to and if you continue, asked to leave), but I wouldn't recommend picking any of the flowers. You should leave them for everybody else to enjoy as well :)
