Yes it is. It looks like you can even walk into the bowl from one side or the other, not sure which side it is accessible from. We saw someone down there last weekend when we were there. We hit it on a beautiful day! There is a Mo's "West" restaurant there but it was not open. Hope you get to enjoy a visit there!
